Version 0.4.1 - Fixed in SVN

  * Users can't update their account settings
    * Requires a new account_settings.thtml file. {{:glfusion:glclassifieds:account_settings.thtml.gz|}}
  * Menus appear over images shown via Slimbox (glFusion 1.1.6)
    * glFusion 1.1.6 changed the z-index needed for the Slimbox styles.
  * Dataproxy driver doesn't encode ampersands in the url.

  * Disable block when plugin is disabled
