Classifieds 0.2.3 for glFusion Released

Classified Ads 0.2.3 for glFusion 1.1.x has been released and is in the download area.  This should be the last "0.x" release as it's feature-complete and any issues will most likely be resolved in the upcoming "1.0" release.

The changes in 0.2.3 are largely cosmetic, but there are a few important changes:

Permissions: Permissions assigned to the ad and to the category are now fully utilized.  Check the wiki for complete documentation.  An admin option is provided to set the permissions to sensible defaults since they may not be set correctly from previous versions.

Notifications: Site users can now be notified in their native language when their ad is approved, rejected, or soon to expire.  English templates are included with the distribution.
